Manifesting Happiness


Hey love, before indulging into the steps of manifesting happiness I first want to make it clear on what manifesting actually is. You may have heard the word thrown around by all types of people, but not everyone knows the meaning of manifestation or how it works.

Manifesting, What’s that?

Also recognized as “the law of attraction” manifesting is using positive thoughts and energy to create your desired reality. To do so, you must focus on that desired reality through different methods such as meditation, visualization or mindful thinking.

For example, if your desired reality is to be in your dream career then your thoughts, focus, actions, energy and emotions will be so strong surrounding that dream career causing what you desire to become your reality.

What ever you define as your dream reality the end goal is always happiness. Everyone is searching for the satisfying feeling of pure happiness. So how do we use manifesting to achieve happiness? It can be done in 5 simple steps.

Manifesting Happiness In 5 Steps

Step 1

Be clear with yourself about what you want. In order to manifest your desired reality, you have to actually know what that consists of. Take some time to ask yourself what you want out of life. What brings you pure happiness? How will this change benefit your life? Visualize yourself living in this dream reality. How do you feel?

Step 2

Take full advantage of changes and new opportunities. It’s hard to understand why things change or why our life takes a sharp left turn out of no where. We cannot approach this change with negativity because it will block the power of manifesting. Trust that everything happens for a reason and nothing happens by chance. Believe that all will fall into place as long as you continue to surround your dream reality with positive energy.

Step 3

Prayer and affirmations. Prayer and affirmations are your way to send positive energy into the universe. What you put out is what you get back. The thoughts you think and the words you speak hold heavy weight in your life experiences.

Step 4

Be true to self. Spend time alone to find what makes you happy. It’s time to get a little selfish with your heart, your mind and your peace. Live by your own standards, dance to the beat of your own drum, and be unapologetic about the choices you make.

Step 5

Reflect & Recognize. Throughout this journey of manifesting happiness you have to keep track of every new level you reach. Reflect on how you felt in the beginning and recognize how manifesting is working in your life. Document how you feel at the start of this journey, then ask yourself how do you feel down the line. What changed? Give yourself credit for your growth and show gratitude in the positive energy that surrounded you to help your dream reality become true.
